WHAT COMPANY IS ACTUALLY MAKING YOUR PRODUCTS?
Our online products are fulfilled through Printful. When an order is placed, Printful prints, packs and ships the order directly to our customers. They allow mini-shops (like us) to avoid carrying inventory. Check out www.printful.com for more information.
HOW SECURE IS THIS STORE?
Shopify is the online platform we use to run our storefront. Shopify includes a PCI compliant shopping cart and hosting for online stores. The Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) is an information security standard for organizations that handle credit card and debit card information. HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR PRODUCTS TO ARRIVE?
On average, products take about 10 days to arrive with standard shipping. If you have a large or complicated order, or if the products are being delivered to a remote area, it could take a bit longer. You will receive an email with tracking information once Printful mails out the order.
WHAT COUNTRIES DO YOU SHIP TO?
Printful ship worldwide. There are just a small handful of countries that Printful cannot ship to which are Crimea, Cuba, Iran, Syria and North Korea.
WHAT DO I NEED TO KNOW ABOUT ORDERING INTERNATIONALLY?
Shipments outside of the USA may incur customs fees depending on the destination country. The fee may vary depending on your order value, country limits, and other factors based on the product itself. End recipient is responsible for these fees.We highly recommend including your phone number in the order when ordering internationally - this will minimize the risk of order being lost in transit and make delivery of the order smoother.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER? CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO THE ORDER?
All orders are final - we cannot cancel orders once they have started production. Please get in touch with Printful ASAP to see if it is possible to cancel the order. You can contact Printful at support@printful.com or calling (818) 736-5361 (9am-5pm PST).
DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?
We do not accept returns. Please check the size guide available in the product description to make sure you order a correct size.If received product is damaged - send us a short description of the error, pictures, and order number within 30 days after receiving the order. Send it to support@pechakucha.org.Printful let us know about the following product disclaimers:Sometimes, there might be a vinegary smell on the garments you receive. Luckily, the odor you smell is just a temporary addition. Now that your product is out of the confined space of the shipping bag, the printing smell will dissipate after a few days and a wash cycle.You may notice some discoloration or off-white residue on your apparel. Do not worry! These are not stains and will wash off after the first wash cycle. Our apparel is created with the latest in garment printing technology. In addition, inks used are water-based and eco-friendly. If you receive a product with a stain - please wash it before reporting a problem.
IT’S PAST THE ESTIMATED DELIVERY DATE AND I HAVEN’T RECEIVED MY ORDER YET.
Please check with your local post office or shipping company - in most cases, it is the best way to locate the shipment. If you are not able to locate your shipment this way, please send us an email with your order number and a correct delivery address - we’ll help.
Make sure you report the problem within 4 weeks after the estimated delivery time. If reported outside of that time frame, unfortunately, we will not be able to help with locating the order.
ORDER IS MARKED AS DELIVERED, BUT NOT THERE.
In the rare cases that a shipment is marked as delivered by the courier, but the recipient have yet to receive it - we would not cover the cost of the order. Again, this only applies if the tracking details state that a delivery was made to the recipient's address. More thoughts on what to do can be found with this blog post.
